Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalThe author has given a glimpse on the life and philosophy of Sri Andal, an icon for prodigious devotion, who had reached the status of a deity, from that of a mortal. He has attempted to connect her songs to preachings in Bhagavat Gita and has described her story in English with liberal Tamil quotes so as to help even those who do not know Tamil to appreciate her poems.

C Vasudevan
The author is a retired bank executive. He has immense interest in Tamil literature especially in Vaishnavism literature. He has written this book purely for his love for her poetry and the legends that go with her life and her simple but intricate narrative of the charanagathi philosophy of Vaishnavism.
