From handling Single Vendor situations and complex Foreign Procurements to mastering GeM and the "Make in India" mandates, it provides the checklists, templates, and strategic insights needed to move files faster and safer. It is an essential desk companion for every Project Officer, IFA, and CFA who wants to deliver operational capability without the fear of audit objections.
