This is 2nd Edition. In previous edition (1st edition) we have arranged the contents alphabetically of scholar names, the actual dictionary/ thesaurus type, not any article marked with page no.
The Proceedings dimension was "8.5 x 11" inch, the letter size.
But here we changed the pattern, arranged theme wise and marked all the article with page no. Here the Proceedings dimension is 5.5 x 8.5 inch, the actual normal book size format.
These are the basic difference between two editions.

This Proceedings have TWO parts. 1. Proceedings: IBWTL-2 (PART-1) & 2. Proceedings: IBWTL-2 (PART-2)
This is PERT-1 ("Page No: 1-444").
"Proceedings: IBWTL-2 PART-1" contains "Page No: 1-444" & "Proceedings: IBWTL-2 PART-2" contains "Page No: 445-850".
