The importance of Project Management & Entrepreneurship is well-known in the Management field. The overwhelming response to our book on Operation Research inspired me to write this book. The book is structured to cover the key aspects of the subject of Project Management & Entrepreneurship.

Dr. Santosh Kumar Pandey, Prof. (Dr.) Bhagwan Jagwani
Dr. Santosh Kumar Pandey is working as an Associate professor, at PSIT College of Higher Education Kanpur (UP), India. With more than 14 years of teaching experience. He has worked at Axis Institute of Planning and Management for the last 10 years with various responsibilities like Chief Proctor, Head of Admission and Marketing along with his teaching and other academic activities. He has authored 2 books,14 international and 10 national peer-reviewed technical publications. He also attended more than 10 AICTE-approved conferences held in various engineering colleges and universities. He has done his research on the sale-related issues of the automotive industry. He has been awarded "Best Teacher" by Alliance Clubs International and also by IIMA, Kanpur.
Dr. Bhagwan Jagwani is a Management Professor, Trainer, and Consultant in Finance & Accounting. He is presently the Director of PSIT College of Higher Education, Kanpur. His previous associations include Group Director at Allenhouse Group of Institutions, Kanpur; Campus Head at ICFAI Academy, Hyderabad; and Professor and Finance Area Head at Dr. Gaur Hari Singhania Institute of Management & Research, Kanpur.
Possessing a work experience of 25+ years in industry and academia, Prof. Bhagwan is professionally qualified as a Company Secretary and is presently a ‘Fellow Member’ of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He also holds a PhD and a Post Graduate degree in Commerce. Besides this, he is UGC-NET qualified and possesses various certifications in ‘Business Analytics’, ‘International Finance’, and ‘Financial Derivatives from renowned institutions. He is also a certified trainer of Predictive and Descriptive Analytics.
To date, Dr. Bhagwan has conducted over 50 Management and Faculty Development programs and training sessions in India and abroad and has presented and published research papers in national and international conferences, ABDC & Scopus-indexed and foreign journals. His research paper based on his doctoral thesis was awarded 2nd prize in a ‘Doctoral Student’ Paper Competition organized by AIMS International, Houston, USA.
Dr. Bhagwan has also been a recipient of ‘Best Paper Presenter’ and ‘Best Faculty Guide’ awards. Born in the Philippines (Southeast Asia), Dr. Bhagwan strongly believes in the law of ‘Karma’, and for him, ‘Success is how high you bounce, after hitting the bottom’.
