As the former Principal of Shantiniketan Indian School, Doha, and Chairman of CBSE Gulf Sahodaya, Dr. Nair spearheaded impactful reforms that led to the development of the SIS-Learn Pedagogy. He is the founder of Transform-Ed and director of Biome ES, dedicated to teacher empowerment and school transformation. “Transformation of Indian School Education: An Experiment Never Done” and “Transform-Ed: Reflections of a Teacher” are two of his books published for teachers and educators.
