Abhinav Deb was born in Kolkata, the cultural capital of India, and raised outside West Bengal except for the fact he moved back to the city where he is currently employed. He is a 34-year-old corporate professional in a multinational company. He graduated with MBA from IMT Ghaziabad and completed his graduation in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the College of Engineering, Bhubaneswar. A stargazer, his love for the stars and galaxies led him to debut in the science fiction genre.
He began writing his debut novel after getting obsessed with his weird dreams and decided to dedicate the book to his newborn son. When he’s not writing, he can be found capturing moments with his camera. He had been previously featured in several photography competitions and events including NatGeo, Corporate Photography Contest. He is the author of his debut novel Sandglass and currently lives in Kolkata with his family.
