Dr. A.J. Anuradha, M.Com., M.Phil., Ph.D., UGC-NET, is an accomplished academician and researcher currently serving as Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce (SFS) at Madras Christian College, Chennai, since 2009. With over fifteen years of teaching and research experience, she has made significant contributions to the field of Commerce and Management studies. She holds a Ph.D. from Madras Christian College (University of Madras) and qualified UGC-NET in 2011. Her academic interests include Work-Life Balance, Human Resource Management, Artificial Intelligence in Business, Consumer Behaviour, and Digital Transformation. She has also presented papers in reputed international conferences on AI, HRM, and emerging business trends.
