I write this book aims to give my opinions to indicate whether what factors can influence householder resource , such as, gas, electricity energy useful behavior at home as well as what factors influence householder rent or house purchase price reduces. I shall follow behavioral economic analysis theory to explain why and how these factors can influence householder electricity energy consumers to decide or choose how much electricity energy to feel that it is the most reasonable judgement of electricity energy consumption in their daily life as well as what factors may influence house rent and price reduces.
The first part concerns to explain what factors influence householder energy consumption at home. The second chapter explains environment factor can influence householder electricity energy consumption activities. The chapter three explains whether the effect of house space occupancy and building characteristics can influence on householder electricity energy use. The chapter four explains whether it has relationship between the householder income and the electricity energy needs as well as whether how to evaluate the subsidies and social tariffs to assist lower income earners to analyze household energy consumption more accurate. Final chapter explains how technology help our future societies any kinds of businesses may reduce cost expenditure to bring cost reducing effect advantages
