Safia Ali is a teen poetess and the creator of the book, "METANOIA: A Spiritual Conversion". She has always had a passion for poetry and literature and she believes in chanelling her emotions through words and bringing them to life. She is on her journey to break the stereotype that young people don't feel complex emotions and telling us that it's okay to feel because that is what makes us human.
