Venerable Dhammadharo is a devoted Buddhist monk and spiritual teacher, dedicated to the cultivation and transmission of Metta—loving-kindness—as a transformative force for both personal liberation and collective harmony. Ordained in the Theravāda tradition, he has spent many years in meditation, study, and compassionate service across Southeast Asia and India.
