Johnson Stephen, hailing from Usilampatti, is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of English Language and Literature, Arul Anandar College (Autonomous), Karumathur, since 2017. Having completed his Master's Degree, Master of Philosophy in Thiagarajar College (Autonomous), Madurai, he worked on the title "Subconsciousness as a Reality: A Jacques Lacanian Approach to the Select Novels of D. H. Lawrence" for his Doctoral study in the same College. He is well versed in teaching History of English Literature, British Literature and Literary Criticism and Theory.
