The Right to Recall movement was started by Rahul Chimanbhai Mehta. He is an IIT Delhi 1990 Computer Science B.Tech. graduate and MS from Rutgers University, USA, 1992. During his stay in the US from 1990 to 1999, he observed that due to good laws of police, judiciary, and taxation, countries like the US and Britain got much much better technological development than India and other countries of the world.
After returning to India in 1999 he started informing citizens about Jury Court, Vote Vapsi Passbook, Empty Land Tax, and Dhan Vapsi Passbook law drafts. In 2010, he published the first edition of the manifesto of Right to Recall Party, which you can download from here → www.rahulmehta.com/301.htm
