Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalAre you still wondering why you have no control over your own life? Are you still grappling with ‘what next’ as a senior? In this book, author Hira Mehta helps readers understand how you and you alone can make the difference. Even before you have finished the book, you will realise that as a senior, and no matter whatever age you are at now, you would have already begun to find the courage to follow your dreams, discard the guilt and the mental and physical obstacles that stop you from celebrating life NOW!
The book is a conversational journey the author has with her peers. The author's own failings, sharing and life experiences will inspire not just seniors, but everyone to look within again, move forward and play a winning game on their own terms. Keep this one as a quick reference. It is a new approach and valuable addition for anyone at any age to help change your thinking and your attitude. As the author says, “Gift it to the seniors in your life, and buy one for yourself too now and be prepared. After all, everyone is going to grow old someday.”
