This book is the story of how a good cultured organization looks from the heart of an employee. A significant aspect of this experience was receiving three salary increments in a single year, all while I was on maternity leave. This extraordinary occurrence sparked the idea to pen down a book focusing on Gain Credit (GC). At times, even my family members may struggle to understand my emotions and sentiments, but my company always does. My GC has consistently provided support, and I trust it will continue to do so as long as I fulfill my professional responsibilities. The journey of writing this book commenced when my son was just three months old, and despite facing the toughest period in my life, presenting this book to GC in 2024 was my cherished dream.
