Prof. Dr. Vishwanand Pattar
Dr. Vishwanand Pattar is a senior Human Resources professional with over 30 years of experience across pharmaceuticals, IT, publishing, infrastructure, manufacturing, agriculture, biotechnology, and shared services.
He is a postgraduate in Life Sciences and has also studied environmental science, computer science, and English literature. His academic credentials include an MBA in Human Resource Management, an M.Phil. in HRM, and a Doctorate in Human Capital Management. He has been awarded an Honorary PhD in Strategic Leadership and Organizational Development by American Management University, USA, and an Honorary Professorship in Leadership and Strategic Management by Kennedy University, Paris.
