The book aims at generalizing the basics of Islam, highlighting one of the four founders of the four School of Law, Mazhads in Islam according to the different basic and fundamental principles of science in the Fiqh, the Islamic Jurisprudence. Imam Malik Bin Anas, followed by Andulus, Madina, current parts of Egypt, had written his magnum opus book named ‘Al-Mu’atta’, in which he mentioned his fundamentals of School of Law, which as baptized as ‘Maliki Mazhab’ and whose followers are so called ‘Malikis’, the book is the precise order of the Prophetic Tradition, Hadith, but the precise order is in the order of Islamic Jurisprudence, as per the Maliki School of Law. This book one after another focuses on each and every aspect of the life journey of Imam Malik Bin Anas (Allah’s mercy be upon Him) from his birth, name, tribe, educational journey, teachers, students, books, influences, characteristics, fundamentals of School of Law, history of School of Law and so on, not in the deep research, instead just in a generalized way highlighting the worth-mentioning points.
