Born on 9th February, 2007 in Delhi, Kashish Fatima is a young girl who started writing at the early age of seven for the sake of curbing boredom. Her first poem, “Summer”, started with a line as childlike as ‘Summer is the time when we go crazy’. After a year of robust writing Kashish lost track and never wrote again, until sixth grade where she got back into writing with no intention of giving up. True to her intent, she penned several essays, poetry, prose, articles for magazines and short stories. After completing middle school in Delhi, she moved to Bangalore with her family and started high school in Whitefield, where she started writing “All Is A Phase”, her debut book. Apart from writing, the author likes to sing, read, listen to music and cycle outside among other things. A skillful student, Kashish currently resides in Bangalore with her parents and younger sister.
