In the final chapter all four stories get connected by a common thread. Each basic element of the universe finds frequent references/representations in a particular chapter.

Sagar Basisth Sharma hailing from Kalimpong, West Bengal is an author of two books coming up with “Basisth Vishwam” as his third publish. Sagar, a Civil Engineer by profession is also a screenplay writer, research-based content writer, poet and a stand-up comedian.
He holds a B.tech degree in Civil Engineering from Veltech University, Chennai. Apart from engineering he is also currently associated with ‘The Cord Bharat’, a research-based independent digital media company as a researcher and analyst. The media platform which is based in Siliguri, West Bengal is active on all platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, web page, and Twitter (X).
Sagar’s writing career started with the non-fiction ‘The Message- One Step Can Make a Difference.’ The work highlights the various social issues of the country in a subtle manner leaving some simple messages for the readers with the hope that it would contribute to shaping up a better environment. The book published by Notion Press was well received by the critics.
Being a movie buff screenwriting became his keen interest and has written as many as seven movie scripts in different genres out of which some are into consideration. One of his scripts titled ‘Battle of Survival’ which is a science fiction was published in June 2022. With each of his works, he has truly realized his storytelling ability. The writer has stories of different kinds within him and can excel not just in one genre but across many.
“Basisth Vishwam” truly shows his potential as a writer where four stories in different genres connect seamlessly in the final chapter to make up a universe that he calls ‘Basisth Vishwam’ or the Basisth Universe. The book is a collection of his four interconnected scripts written entirely in a screenplay format.
