The Buddha Mind
Having lived a life of luxury secluded from the pains of poverty and disease, In 500 BCE, a young prince came to grips with the harsh reality. It changed his perception of the world, and he spent the rest of his life finding answers to the truth of life and teaching that to his disciples. His name was Siddhartha Gautama, the Buddha or the enlightened one. Often I have pondered these questions:
a) What did The Buddha learn during his struggles?
b) Can we learn to find The Buddha in our lives?
c) What is the state of The Buddha's mind at enlightenment?
In this book, I share a collection of poems that delves deep into understanding the mindset that can help us achieve The Buddha Mind and live a life of purpose, peace, and meaning.
