Sinchita Ganguly is an educational consultant by profession, a full-time homemaker, and the mother of a very naughty but angelic toddler! Perceived quite rightly as a workaholic, she spent 15 years in very diverse roles across the ITES and education sectors. She loved every position she held and there was no dearth of opportunities or rewards. However, by 2015, she decided to leave a full-time leadership career in search of something elusive - that perfect balance between life and career, which often seems mutually exclusive in these times. It was a risk, but it paid off! Currently, Sinchita works as a freelance consultant with her own clients and spends the rest of her time with her family and her writing - a vocation she discovered quite unexpectedly, but one that has now turned into a lifetime passion. She has chosen romance as her genre because she believes love is at once the simplest and the most complicated motivator of human behavior.
