PRAMOD RAI

Born in Dong, a beautiful village in South Sikkim,he was born to Mr. Raj Bahadur Rai and Ms. Basant Maya  Rai. Being a youngest son in the family, he is well cared and guided by his parents and elder brothers and sisters. He started his formal education in 2000 from Bright Future Academy, Denchung and Victory Educational Institute Dong for primary education and Nandugaon Sec.School and Namchi Senior Secondary School for secondary and higher secondary education respectively and graduated from Namchi Govt.College.   He developed a passion in local flora and thus along with his friends started working for ‘Common Flora of South Sikkim’ from his academic period in college. He then cultivated his interest in the topic with the help of teachers and other experts all over the social media(facebook) and personal meetings.

SUKRASH RAI

He is a resident of Sawaligaon West Sikkim. He completed his graduation in Botany honors from Namchi Government College. He got his secondary  and higher secondary education from Gelling Secondary school Buriakhop Senior Secondary School, West Sikkim respectively. From the tender age of 6 he was taught to play a western drum by his uncles and brother. The passionate guy joined the college in 2015 and in subsequent semesters he got newer friends with whom he involved in working in the Flora of South Sikkim. His involvement in the group has made a great impact in uncountable tasks.

NIMA DORJEE SHERPA

He was born in 12th December 1995 in Gurasay West Sikkim. His was born to Mr. Dawa Sherpa and Ms. Dhan Maya Sherpa. He started his formal education from Mangalbaria Senior Secondary School and completed his graduation from Namchi Government College in 2018. He has passion in playing lead guitar which he really enjoys doing had performances and won the heart of thousands. He entered the college and later on he started working in the project.

GAYTRI SHARMA

A fantastic person from Kaputhang East Sikkim and  born to Mr. Deo Nedhi Sharma and Ms. Krishna Kumari Sharma. He completed his schooling from Mamring Senior Secondary School, East Sikkim and joined to Namchi Government College in 2015. Being a nature enthusiast since childhood he has passion in learning the flora of own locality. He is interested in learning the application of the plants in human life. He worked with the team members adding great contribution.

KRZANG DAWA LEPCHA

He is a resident of Melliaching, a beautiful  village in West Sikkim nearby the wish fulfilling Khechopalri lake. An energetic guy  completed his secondary and higher secondary education from Melli Aching Secondary School and Darap Senior Secondary School respectively then he entered Namchi Government College in 2015 and opted Zoology honors.  His leadership has brought about an impact in the college. Being a Zoology scholar he has equal knowledge on the flora.

TASHI TSHERING TAMANG

He belongs from Phamtham South Sikkim. He is beloved son of Mr. Krishna Bahadur Tamang and Suk Maya Tamang. He completed his secondary schooling from Melli Aching Senior Secondary School West Sikkim and  Senior Secondary Schooling from Pelling Senior Secondary School West Sikkim. Then he entered Namchi Government College and studied Botany Honors after which he graduated in 2018. His creative ideas is always exemplary in making an impact.
