Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalThe Daily Sai Prayer book is a simple prayer book for Sai Devotees to do daily prayer for Shirdi Sai Baba!
This book has 21 Sessions with each session having five names from Sai Ashtotram. There is also a breathing activity in each session.
Before starting the sessions, users can touch the tip of the thumb with the tip of the index finger to form Gyan mudra ( or any other mudra of their choice ) and then start the session! Devotees can chant slowly the five names of Baba and then breath in and then chant Om while breathing out. Repeat it a few times. After that, sit quietly and focus on normal breathing. Your body may sometimes automatically chant some sounds or do mudras like Aswini mudra, Anjali mudra or raise hands above head. If that happens, you can go with the natural flow of the body and do those activities and complete the session. Otherwise, you can simply sit quietly and focus on normal breathing and complete the session!
After completing the session, bookmark the page by folding it, so that you can resume the session later.
You can complete one or more sessions each day. And after completing all the sessions, you can start again from the beginning. You can also chant more than 5 names continuously and then complete the session with a single breathing activity!
These simple prayers and chanting will help us to invoke the grace of Baba and bestow his blessings on us! OM SAIRAM.
