Brigadier Sushil Bhasin, M.Phil, M.Sc (Defence Studies), B.Ed is a transformational facilitator, a performance coach, educator and motivational speaker with a particular focus on helping young people make fulfilling career choices.
His training practice integrates his learnings from his 34 years in the army and 12 years in the education and corporate worlds. He is the co-founder of Empower Activity Camps where he served as CMD for a decade.
Brigadier Bhasin has conducted leadership and team-building training programs in Singapore, Philippines, Muscat, Kuwait and the USA.
