Kannu Priya Rawat

I started practising yoga early in life, and it helped me stay calm in the face of chaos. I was introduced to yoga and meditation by my mentor, Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar ji, when I was a teenager and experiencing emotional difficulties in my life. His teachings gave my life a completely new perspective on yogic sciences and spirituality. Despite the fact that I was pursuing a BA in Communication Design, I was regularly practising yoga and it had become a part of my daily routine during college days. I’ve been practicing and teaching yoga for over 15 years, and I also hold various certifications by Sri Sri School of Yoga, Ministry of Ayush and International Yoga Allaince.
