T.K.R. Sridharan a.k.a. ‘Gurucharan Dasan’ Sridharan holds a first-class M.Sc. degree in Physics from the reputed Madras University and a diploma in Financial Management from the Bombay University. He has held various middle and top management positions in Indian and international banks in a career spanning over 35 years. In the earlier part of his career, he has been a professor of Physics at various colleges in Tamil Nadu.
During his banking career, he also served at the National Institute of Bank Management as an assistant professor, specializing in International Banking and Foreign Exchange.
He participated in the Senior Executive Program conducted by the London Business School,where the senior and top management of global corporations go to hone their management skills. He won the Best Participant Award there.
Upon retirement, he has dedicated himself to spiritual and religious activities by being a member/life member and patron of various religious and spiritual organizations. He has participated in various spiritual programs and retreats conducted by present-day mystics and spiritual masters.
He has a flair for teaching and was a training and human resource development manager at a leading Middle-East bank. Apart from delivering lectures on Physics and Banking during his career and many in-house publications to his credit, he has devoted his retired life to spirituality.
He has delivered lectures on God and science to senior citizens at the Dignity Foundation, Chennai, and other senior citizen’s organizations
