Mugdha Pradhan is the CEO & Founder - iThrive, Functional Nutritionist and Healer, TedX Speaker, 40 over 40 Award Winner. In 2017 despite having a Master's in Nutrition when I struggled with my own personal health issues, learning the nuances of Functional Medicine transformed my health - from losing 37 kgs to reversing an autoimmune condition, I healed myself.
I walked out of 14 yrs marriage in 2017, returned to India and transformed my health. In 2019, I set up India's first Functional Nutrition company - iThrive.
With my expertise in Functional Nutrition, my ability to build strong teams and beautiful cultures, and my passion for scientific research and evidence-based work, twice funded iThrive has now become an established brand in the Functional Medicine world, known for its ability to solve even the most mysterious cases with its deep R&D capabilities and authentic care based approach.
Personally, I now not only help people solve their physical health issues but also complex mental, emotional, and spiritual health issues with an 'invite-only' program called Embracing The Human Experience. I also run a 'Heal The Healers' program exclusively for iThrive Academy students.
