Tech from IIT Madras and M. Tech from IIT Delhi; joined CPWD as Class - I officer. Has PG diploma in Housing and Urbanization from School of Architecture, Copenhagen. As Chief Engineer CPWD; he was responsible for maintenance and upkeep of most prestigious and sensitive residential and office buildings. Er. Kant was Resident Engineer on a Five Star Hotel project in Iraq and worked as an International Expert with World Health Organization in Geneva and later as WHO & ILO Consultant. Worked with reputed International consulting Firm in UAE and held senior most positions in well-known Delhi-based Real Estate Companies.
He is a Fellow/Member of many professional bodies and actively involved in professional activities. He has published a number of technical papers and two books.
