The author is an academician involved in teaching since last 16 years. The author graduated in the field of Science in the year 1989 and completed his Master of Business Administration with Marketing as specialization in 1999. Between 1989 and 2003 the author was in pharmaceutical industry working as Medical Representative. Presently, the author is associated with Datta Meghe Institute of Management Studies, Nagpur, Maharashtra (India) an autonomous institute running a MBA program of 2 years since 2003. He is designated as Controller of Examination under the autonomous system. In his academic career he has published 16 research papers in peer reviewed journal, attended almost 32 international and national conference, published 1 book on organisational behavior. The author has around 6 copyrights along with the best teacher award in the year 2017 by ICBM-AMP, Hyderabad.
