Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh Pal‘Interlude’ is an attempt at going all the way and letting the imagination run wild in response to whatever life throws at us. It is an attempt at exploring the thoughts that engulf and emotions that overwhelm. Some of these poems were surprisingly, ahead of their times. While the whole world was unsure of what was to come next, I decided to go for a quick walk and savor the old world for one last time before it changes completely.
Stories, anecdotes and passages in the form of a verse on rhyme and meter, in the form of songs and alliterations or in the form of a verse as free as the birds uncaged into the sky, this is a collection of poems from the time when life is explored with passion, zeal, honesty and an unwavering dissent. Compiled at the time when the whole planet was locked down, this is my interlude between the old world and the new.
