Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalJo’s Journal
My name is Jo and this is the journal I kept throughout last year.
I thought it would be a good idea to write about things so that I could get some of my thoughts in order. I wanted to forget about the fact that my mom had been gone for a year and that I still didn’t know what to make of my life. I thought I’d be writing about performing with my band which consists of my three best friends, and about goofing off the entire year, and not accomplishing anything, and just having fun.
Little did I know there would be entirely different things to write about, such as solving the 18 year old mystery of who my dad really is, making new friends, becoming part of a new family, experiencing love for the first time (which was surprising, and still is), and finding out things about myself I never really knew.
All in all, it was a good year; far better than I ever expected.
