Kaushik Ghosh
Kaushik's humble beginnings in rural Bengal in the 1980s did not hold him back from achieving academic excellence. From a small village school, he went on to graduate from North Bengal Medical College, pursue post-graduation from Nil Ratan Sircar Medical College in Kolkata, and receive fellowships from prestigious Royal Colleges in England and Ireland. As a medical academician and specialist physician, he has authored numerous publications in the field of medical science.
But Kaushik's interests extend beyond medicine; he is an avid enthusiast of medical history, especially during colonial India. He finds inspiration for his first fictional novel, set during the Spanish Civil War, while writing in medical duty rooms. For Kaushik, the will to fight for life is the best motivator for his creative endeavors.
When not on duty, Kaushik indulges in his passions for travel, attending lectures, and extensive reading. Additionally, he possesses a keen interest in old Hollywood movies and cricket.
