Rameswar Dutta born in 1946 in Kolkata (the then Calcutta), he studied B.Sc, Engineering (Elect.), and Management. He has served for thirty years in Public and Private Sectors. Writing is his passion since early age.  He is an apt fiction writer and has few titles in his credit. He acclaimed ‘Bhivuti Bhusan Smriti Puraskar’ for his Bengali Novel ‘Britta’.
