Born and brought up in Kerala, the author, professionally qualified mining engineer, pursued his basic engineering course from a Mining Institute-Asansol Polytechnic College in West Bengal. Served reputed mining companies – Dempos in Goa; Tancem in Tamil Nadu, he also had a stint in diamentional stone sector of Murugappa Group before finally settling down with the largest construction company in india- Larsen & Toubro.
Retired in 2016 as joint general manager after a two and half decade of service with path breaking initiatives.
Widely travelled throughout India, and abroad - Germany; U.K.; France; Finland; Australia; New Zealand; China; Hong Kong; Bhuttan and Nepal, during the course of his service with Larsen & Toubro.
He now lives in Chennai with his two sons and grand children.
