Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalA microprocessor is a digital-electronic component with transistors integrated on a small and single semiconductor IC with low power consumption. Due to flexibility, cost, programmability and adaptability microcontrollers are more popular to implement various types of controllers that are known from the past. Smartphones, Personal Digital Assistant devices (PDAs) and microcomputers are utilized by most of the people today for various applications. These devices employ a key component: a microprocessor. For practical applications, programming of the processor/controller based systems should be familiar. This laboratory manual include Assembly language program for 8086 microprocessor and 8051 microcontroller based systems. The manual will definitely help the students to be familiar with the software and hardware of the systems so that they can gain enough experiences to meet the demand of the microprocessor era.
