Dr. RAJESHWAR UNIYAL is a renowned & Notable person in the field of Literature and honoured by the President of India for his Literary work. He has been a recipient of Maharastra State Hindi Sahitya AcademyAward & Dr. Rajendra Prasad Award of Govt. of India. He was born on 1st June 1960 at Srinagar Garhwal, Uttrakhand (India). He possesses a Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism & M.A. in Hindi & English. He is a Ph.D. holder in Hindi Folk Literature specializing in Garhwali and Kumauni Folk Literature from Mumbai University. Ganga Pahadon ki, Shail Sagar & Mount n Marine (poetry), Veer Bala Tilu Rauteli (Drama), Pandhera & Bhade ka Ricshaw (novels), Uttrakhanchali lok-Sahitya & Hindi Lok Sahitya ka Prabhandhan (Books), Uttranchal ki kahaniyan & Uttranchal ki kavitayein(compiled) etc. are his published work. His numerous articles, poetries & stories have been published. His Songs, Poetery speeches and views are generally telecasted from All India Radio & television channels.
