Pharmaceutical companies got big advantage of his managerial competencies and he designed new strategies for their growth and development. Post retirement he took up teaching in Management School and was a very popular professor who had a practical approch for imparting knowledge. His managemet experience made his lectures very interesting and were a treat to the student. His eye for details is seen in his creations. He write poems, short stories and travel experiences.
Dr. Manohar Pandit is also a professional photographer. Nature and wildlife photography are his interest areas. He is numismatic and has a large collection of coins from over 140 countries. He is fond of music and loves travelling.
