We all have surely wondered sometimes as to why we need books when we have our facilitators/professors.
When we have books, then why do we need NOTES?
Because NOTES help you cut the crap and provide you just the fruit pulp.
If you ever wished, as to how nice it would be if somebody summed up your book into a few pages and just provided you the required material? – If yes, then go ahead and simply buy these notes.
Why go for books when you have Notes?
Kanchan Prajapati
Kanchan Prajapati, trainer in ISDC, a skill development organization, dreamt of writing stories since her early teens and made efforts to get a professional qualification in the same, but could not get through and destiny put her into the hospitality industry. She completed her four-year Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and Applied Nutrition from Institute of Hotel Management, Meerut. She worked for several years with the best companies in the industry like ITC Mughal , Agra, Set’z-DLF Emporio, The Leela, Gurgaon, The Ritz Carlton, and District 6 (German concept based microbrewery). She spent almost three years in the industry and held a specialization in pre-opening of outlets. She has also done her Master’s in Tourism Management from Annamalai University, alongside her job.
After working continuously for three years, she decided to take a break from the industry and went on to join Asa Trainer—Food & Beverage, a skill development organization, rather than any hotels, to support Skill India initiative, taken up by Govt. of India. While working as a trainer, she found out that trainees were yet finding difficulties in understanding the basic requirements of their job profile and she couldn’t help all the trainees sitting at one place. So, she decided to write these notes to help them out.
