Emrys has been trained by God in his time in Sunday school as a teacher. He is also brought up as a son of Ebi Samuel and Krenop Samuel and has an exposure to society, church, belief and the Bible. He has an elder brother and younger sister. He has studied Masters in Social Work, Human Rights and Christian Scriptures and has also worked with the State Health for the development of migrants in Chennai and Kancheepuram.
