DOCTOR TA SRINIVASEN
DOCTOR TA SRINIVASEN is Vice-President – Legal, with Star Health Insurance, Chennai. His earlier associations
include Dalmia Cement, HCL Technologies, CavinKare, Parpia Group, and Tamil Nad Hospitals spanning over
three decades. He has demonstrated that legal and secretarial functions can add greater value to the core
business for its bottom and topline growth.
Srinivasen, after his B.Com. degree from Loyola College Chennai, went on to complete his B.L. degree from Madras Law College, Chennai followed by an M.L. degree. He is a Gold Medalist in the PGDLA Course of
TILS, GoTN, and also holds an M.B.A degree from DoMS of the University of Madras. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and was also elected to become an associate member of
the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, (ICSA) UK. He was awarded a Ph.D. by the University of Madras in the year 2017
