'Ready, Steady and Love' is a book which is collection of poetry, prose and quotes that is trying to tell a story of a girl who falls hard in love later to get her heart broken into pieces that gets hard for her to collect. She unravels a world of monsters trying to seek her true love and decides that this world is filled with monsters wearing masks of human beings, either one has to become a monster or run away from them.

Sonny Thaper
Sonny Thaper is a 24 years old budding writer/poet from a small town in Punjab called Shahkot. She was born in Pathankot, India, born and brought up in a middle-class family who always supported her to achieve her dreams no matter how small or big. After completing her school, she realized in the second year of her graduation (BBA) that she wants to pursue writing as her passion.
She now lives with her family including her mother, her younger brother and her grandmother. Her father served the Indian Army for 24 years and died after a year of his retirement due to a silent Heart Attack.
Sonny’s full name is Sonia Thaper, although she loves the name given by her family still she believes she is more connected to the name Sonny and it brings out a different personality in her which is more independent, bold and beautiful.
As her dad was in the Army, she got a chance to live in different states of India and met with all sorts of persons belonging to various cultures. More than anything Sonny believes that her inspiration comes from meeting people and knowing their stories. She loves to learn new things, watch movies, read books and whatever that can to her mind rather than sitting idle.
