Prof.Dr.Subramani Ramakrishnan (Subbu) started his career with IBM in 1997 as an engineering graduate. A gold medalist from IIM Bangalore, with a PhD in ‘crowdsourcing’, he has played various operational and strategic roles. In the last twenty years, he has mentored hundreds of fresh graduates. Vaijayanthi Srinivasaraghavan (Viji), a gold medalist from the University of
