After his stable software career in the United States, Amar’s decision to quit and pursue photography was more than a career move; it was his deepest desire to travel and explore the world that made him follow his heart. Land of Temples was where it all started. It was his personal project to traverse the temples of this country and document them in pictures. It was then that he developed a strong love for the Indian heritage and temple architecture. He then founded Studio A, a creative wedding photography firm based out of Chennai. With people and emotions as his forte, he moved on to find Cambyte (a learning portal for photography), Toodle (a children’s photography firm) and BIG Short Films (a social stories documentation). He constantly travels to document people, places, and culture in every region, and aims to bring out hidden stories.
