APURVA KAUSHIK SHARMA
Apurva Kaushik Sharma is a child safety educator, engineer, and designer. She believes there is no better charity than that of one’s time and energy. At the young age of twenty, she started helping children, and has been committed to the cause of child rights for over a decade. She aspires to reach every child and equip them to protect themselves by identifying safe and unsafe touch. She is a certified child safety trainer and besides extensive field experience also
holds a certificate in school counselling from Oxford University. She has successfully held a number of sensitisation workshops on child safety for children, parents, and other caregivers (such as teachers and Anganwadi workers) from all socioeconomic backgrounds. In 2022 she sensitised over 7000 children at a session under one roof and was instrumental in setting a Guinness World Record.
Her goal is to keep the safety conversation going and ensure a happy childhood for every child.
