Lalitha Balasubramanian
Lalitha Balasubramanian graduated in Science from the University of Mumbai and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism from Bhavan’s College, Mumbai. She worked in the Editorial Department of the Institute for Research in Reproduction (ICMR) for a few years, before she switched over to freelance writing. She has contributed more than 200 articles on education, health and travel to several reputed newspapers and magazines, apart from authoring a novel for children Twins at the Ancient Villa (2009) and a non-fiction book in the travel genre titled Kerala-the Divine Destination (2015). She is interested in fine arts and has been trained in Carnatic classical music. Lalitha is a voracious reader and also a keen follower of sports. She lives with her family in Mumbai.
