Damini Grover was born and brought up in Delhi and completed her education from Delhi Public School, R.K. Puram.
She graduated in Psychology Hons. from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Delhi University and went on to do her Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Amity University, Noida, where she was awarded the Gold Medal for Excellence in Academic Performance.
She has been working as a therapist since 2014 and has worked with many individuals, helping them through concerns like anxiety, depression, relationship and marital issues, self-growth and development.
Certified in various therapeutic modalities, she is also an Advanced Emotional Intelligence Facilitator and a Master Practitioner of Cognitive Hypnotic Psychotherapy.
She was awarded the ‘Spiritual Leader Award’ by Artemis Hospital & Universe Saviour Foundation in 2020.
An avid reader and writer, her articles and views have been published on various platforms. She got her first Hindi poetry book titled ‘Rahguzar’ published in 2017 and also writes for the Elephant Journal, a renowned international online journal. She conducts independent workshops and webinars on various self-development topics for corporates and other groups.
She constantly endeavours to emotionally empower people from all walks of life.
