Parenting has changed over the years with parents tending to give in more to their child’s needs and demands. The author believes that this could lead to children taking freedom for granted as too much information is available to children and they may misinterpret things. In this scenario, a teacher’s role is critical.
The advent of technology demands frequent and continuous update by teachers as often students are more updated on current affairs. Teachers face many additional problems such as being underpaid, dealing with students from different financial backgrounds, difficult student attitudes and so on.
This book is a self-help book to help enhance the capabilities of teachers and to help them create a transformed society. It predominantly focuses on enhancing the capability of teachers. Teachers can make a difference in the way they handle students help in moulding and transforming students to create responsible, knowledgeable and humble future generations.

The author studied in St. Joseph’s Anglo Indian Boys Higher Secondary School, Chennai and secured his commerce degree from Madras University. He has been a passionate writer since his school days, and his poetry was often published in school and college magazines. He worked as an Editor of Purasai Times, a leading neighbourhood paper in Chennai.
He is a dedicated entrepreneur and a student of Young Entrepreneur School, Chennai Chapter which is based at Madurai. He is also a member of TIE Chennai another entrepreneurial body which nurtures entrepreneurs. He started expressing himself in this book mostly because of the transformation he had after his graduation from Landmark Worldwide Education Forum. He believes in learning and implementation.
He plays badminton regularly and hopes to give back to society through his book. He along with many like-minded persons founded Friends of Road (FOR CHENNAI). Their goal is to create an accident-free Chennai by the year 2030 (forchennai.org)
