Yameer Adhar
Yameer Adhar comes from a family of litterateurs and award-winning authors. His grandmother, Dr. Dineshnandini Dalmia, was a Padma Bhushan awardee and a renowned author of more than 50 books. His grandfather, R K Dalmia, was the first Indian owner of The Times of India. His mother, Neelima Dalmia Adhar, is the author of three bestselling English books.
He studied at the St. Columba’s School in New Delhi after which he graduated in International Business from Regent’s Business School London.
He is the host of an ongoing wellness podcast titled VOICES IN MY HEAD, which has been heard by hundreds of thousands of people across the world.
