Mr.A.RamKumar is an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at Arjun College of Technology, Coimbatore. He received his M.E. Construction Engineering and Management, from Anna University. He has 11 years of Teaching Experience and 10 years of Structural Design and Quantity Surveying in Construction Industries. He published 2 textbooks and presented more than 18 technical papers published in National and International Conferences and Journals. His research interest includes Low Budget Housing in Rural Areas and Quality Maintenance in Construction industries. He is a Life member of ISTE, IENG and The Coimbatore Civil Engineering Association, India.
Dr. S. Manikandan is an Associate Professor and Head in the Department of Civil Engineering at Sri Muthukumaran Institute of Technology, Chikkarayapuram, Chennai. He hold M.E. in Environmental Engineering (Alagappa Chettiar Govt. College of Engineering and Technology, Karaikudi), MBA (Alagappa University, Karaikudi) and completed his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering (Annamalai University, Chidambaram).
