Isn’t it true that iron dug out of earth is reshaped into an axe to dig out more the earth.
Same is true in the context of any seeker of excellence, be it a manager approaches a leader, executive asks a manager, coachee walks to a coach, mentee expects from a mentor, children needs from parents, spouses demand from one another, etc. This wonderful model of human interaction serves across all contexts.
The ‘InterActional Excellence’ model explains: whatever is unconscious to a seeker shows up when awakener while interacting becomes conscious of, by deeply listening, everything being expressed by the seeker.
