This book helps children to know themselves better through dialogue with themselves and with God. The book contains thirty stories and after each story there is a text from the Bible for the child to read and reflect on with a question. When things are difficult, the daily reading of a Bible text will give the child strength to overcome any trial that comes their way. Then follows prayer which is food for the soul. A few moments each day help the child to reflect on his life and the lives of those around him, discovering who he really is and how he can become a better child.
